#1. What is the reason for the lower price?
Our goal is to give everyone in the world the opportunity to learn online courses. To achieve this, we have created a group buy program where we share the cost among members. We then use these funds to purchase the course at a discounted price, which we then sell to those who may not have strong financial support or cannot afford to pay the full price listed on the sale page.
#2. What is the course content like?
We act as intermediaries for sales pages, so we are not an official website for all courses featured on our site. As a result, we cannot offer the following services if you purchase a package from us:
- Coaching or regular calls from the author
- Access to the author’s private Facebook group or course web portal
- Access to the author’s private membership forum
- Software, tools, or apps (please contact us to confirm)
- Email support from the author or their team
- Physical products
- Coupons or gifts
Please note that we review the course content before selling it, and it is typically complete. For courses that are dripped out over time, we will notify you when the author posts more. If you have any problems with the course content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
#3. What method is used for delivery?
Once your payment has been received, our private cloud server will automatically generate a download link in your account’s Downloadable menu and send it to your email address. This link is permanent, but since it’s a digital copy, we recommend that you download and save it to your hard drive. If the link becomes broken for any reason, please let us know and we will resend it to you.
#4. Refund policy?
We guarantee a 100% money-back guarantee! Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads such as MP3s, MP4s, and PDFs are non-refundable. However, we will refund your money if there is an error caused by us (product not available, missing content, corrupted file, low quality, wrong product… all of which are our fault).
Please note:
- All product content has been carefully checked and “except” for the content in Faqs-#2 (including but not limited to).
- For products that are missing content in the Bonus section, we will only refund a portion of the cost, not the entire amount.
